How It Works
Create Users
Invite team members – unlimited and free of charge. Every new member works in the shared provider calendar.
Set Rights, Access and Interface
For each member you decide three things: admin rights for plan and settings – yes or no; access to all properties or only to a selection; and which interface appears – the full Manager, the slim scheduling view (Organizer) for working directly inside the CRM, or the deliberately simple Simple Widget: release appointments, view bookings and participants, nothing more.
Define Resource Contacts
Assign team members as contacts to resources – they then receive all emails for this resource.
