Viewing Appointments with timum in onOffice

With timum, all processes and options for coordinating and arranging viewings and appointments are available directly in onOffice.

Standard: set up in 5 minutes – saves time immediately

This workflow is based on the typical starting situation in which prospect inquiries have already been received and qualified.

Here's how it works:

1. In onOffice, open the property and click the Appointments tab. This creates and links the property in timum.
2. In timum, set when viewings can take place – as consultation hours or as fixed bookable appointments (see Availabilities and Creating Bookable Appointments).
3. Invite prospects to book using the onOffice email template "timum – Terminkoordination für Immobilien". The booking link inside it is personalized for each recipient (see Generating Booking Links in onOffice and on Websites).
4. From now on, prospects book for themselves. Every booking appears in your timum calendar and as an appointment with attendee in onOffice.
