Consultation Hours and Working Hours
Consultation-hours rules are recurring availabilities that timum creates automatically – for example "Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m." You describe the rule once on the Consultation Hours page; timum then continuously generates the matching time slots, as far into the future as you set with the planning horizon.
Consultation hours themselves are not transferred to other calendars – only the appointments requested or booked within them are.
If you also connect your Outlook, Google, or iCloud calendar, its appointments are entered as blockers: only what falls within the rule and is free in the calendar can then be booked. These calendar connections are included in the Professional and Managed Calendar plans. With Integrated Blocker Management (Professional, under Settings → Provider Profile), this applies across resources: wherever you have an appointment as the contact person – in another resource, in your Office calendar, or in a connected CRM such as onOffice or PropStack – you cannot be booked again in timum at the same time.
